of Being a Facility Member: - National Aquatics
Program Awards: The regular program fee is $350. The awards program is free to facility members. This program is designed to recognize
outstanding overall Aquatics Programs, specific parts of Aquatic Programs, and Aquatic Directors throughout the country. Also included with your entry is
a free evaluation of your aquatics programs. The three (3) major points covered in this multi-page evaluation will be program strengths, suggested changes
(revisions and additions), and the overall aquatic program grade. (The Program Awards entry form and supplemental information must be completed and returned

- Employee
of the Month Program: This is a specific program for
USWFA facility members only. Each facility may receive up to 12
certificates, one for each month of the year, to award to one of your
aquatic staff members. The certificates are suitable for framing. (Click

Volunteer of the Month Program: A USWFA exclusive. Show your
appreciation for all of their hard work by awarding your volunteers a
special certificate, suitable for framing. Facilities may receive up to 12

the name of your best aquatics participants on a certificate for all to see.

members consist of aquatic facilities, aquatic directors, facilities,
aquatic
professionals and volunteers, instructors, participants and other
interested persons throughout the world.

Priority Mailing List: Your facility will be placed on this important

Member E-mail List: Send us your facility E-mail address. We will
add you to our E-mail list to receive important notices.
- Listing
on our Web Page: Each facility member may request to be listed on
the USWFA web page when we receive the “Facility Membership
Information Form.” Facilities will be listed by city and
state.

committment to excellence by proudly including the USWFA logo in your advertising
and on your printed program materials.
